Our Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.

Step 3: Prepare Your Package

Please ensure:

  • Items are in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging is used when possible
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items
