- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached

Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Your Return or Exchange
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- List of items you wish to return/exchange including product names, sizes/colors, and reasons
- Your full name and contact information
- Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. This RMA must be included with your return package. - Prepare Your Package
Please ensure:- Items are in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging is used when possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- In your initial email, clearly specify the replacement item(s) you desire
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference plus additional shipping costs if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All earrings (as shown in our Accessories menu)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”

International Returns
For our international customers:
